Secondary Schools
Small Grants for Liverpool Secondary Schools for Enrichment
Liverpool Education Grants Charitable Trust provides small grants to Liverpool secondary schools and students to fund equipment and projects beyond standard budget allocations. This could include funding for equipment or instruments to enhance the school’s provision, specific expenditure for an identified project such as an educational visit or experience or expenditure in support of a named student for enhancement of provision.

Bursaries for Pupils Moving On To University
The Liverpool Education Grants Charitable Trust (LEGCT) is offering a limited number of bursaries for pupils leaving Liverpool schools to begin university in 2025. A total of £1,500 is available, with individual awards of up to £250 for up to eight students.
Eligible students will either be: • progressing to study history, music, or modern languages at university, or
• recognised for meaningful contributions during secondary school, such as community service, peer support, or public speaking and debating.
