Our popular annual Transition Live workshop is coming to your year 6 pupils again in June. Pupils from secondary and primary schools across Liverpool will be talking about the transition from primary school to secondary school.
There will be tips on how to make the move successfully and where to get support if you need it. Workshops are being planned and delivered by year 6 and 7 pupils, supported by our Education Mental Health Teams.
The two shows will have similar core messages, but will be presented by different schools – so session content will vary. Your class will be able to ask questions and interact with the session and resources (if applicable) will be sent out before the session.
