Liverpool Learning Partnership (LLP) is an area-based education partnership that brings together schools, cultural organisations, mental health schools-facing services, and community partners across Liverpool to support children and young people to feel well, stay well, and learn well.

Our Work

As an area-based partnership, we work across the system to:

  • promote and protect mental health and emotional wellbeing

  • widen access to arts, culture, and creative learning as drivers of wellbeing and identity

  • reduce barriers to participation, belonging, and achievement

Our work responds directly to priorities identified by schools and those supporting learners every day.

How We Work

We don’t deliver in isolation. Instead, we facilitate, convene, and connect.

We:

  • bring together educators, wellbeing specialists, cultural partners, and commissioners

  • listen to and amplify the voices of young people and the staff who work with them

  • create joined-up approaches between services, sectors, and phases of education

  • champion inclusive and creative pathways to wellbeing and learning

By working in partnership rather than in parallel, we help the system support children more consistently and collaboratively.

Our Purpose

To build a connected education landscape where children and young people can feel well, learn confidently, and grow creatively.
