DESCRIPTION:Liverpool Learning Partnership invites UKS2/3 classes to join us for a Liverpool Children’s Festival of Reading online session with Jack Meggitt-Phillips\, the author of the brilliant The Beast and The Bethany series. \nAbout Jack:Jack Meggitt-Phillips is an author\, scriptwriter and presenter whose work has been performed at The Roundhouse and featured on Radio 4. His bestselling debut children’s series The Beast and the Bethany is translated into over 30 languages\, and has had a major film deal announced. The series has also won the West Sussex Children’s Book Award\, the Alexandra Palace Children’s Book Award\, the Stockport Children’s Book Award\, the Fantastic Book Award\, the Awesome Book Award\, and the Channel Island Children’s Book Award. \nAbout accessing the session: This session will be live-streamed through the Liverpool Learning Partnership website. You will be sent the link ahead of the event. It will be kept up for 3 days after the session if you cannot watch at the time. \nBooking the session: You only need to choose one ticket per booking. Nearer to the time\, we will send a link that you can then share with colleagues in your school in other classes so they can connect to the session. For our records you will be asked how many children will be accessing the session.
