At Liverpool Learning Partnership and Liverpool Cultural Education Partnership, we are passionate that every child and young person has the chance to experience a broad and balanced curriculum that:
 Prepares them for jobs in growing sectors such as the creative industries, or for being an
independent learner right through to their higher education
 Gives them the spark and inspiration to engage in all subjects, especially students with SEND
 Supports their mental health and wellbeing
 Helps them understand cultural diversity and difference
 Gives them the chance to study art and creative subjects, to realise their talent and ambition

Arts and cultural organisations in Liverpool want to offer their support towards schools achieving this goal.  As part of this, we would like to invite headteachers and other school colleagues to our afternoon event on Friday 12 October 2018, at Blackburne House, Hope Street.

The aim of the event is to:

  • celebrate the work of the Liverpool Cultural Education Partnership (LCEP)
  • present cultural education offers and opportunities to schools, including Artsmark
  • demonstrate how we can support Head teachers and their staff to deliver a broad and balanced curriculum.

The event will include live performances and art, guest speakers (including young people) and a cultural exchange and marketplace.

To book a space please visit our eventbrite page.
